Pádraig has worked for many years both here and in the UK. Recent Theatre includes Mary Stuart by Fredrich Schiller, Don Pedro in Much Ado about Nothing at the Project,A Date with Mercy by Jane Mulcahy, the critically acclaimed Soh by James Hickson directed by Maeve Stone, The Drowning Room by Verity-Alicea Mavenawitz, and he also played Paddy Maguire in the longest run of a comedy in Ireland, Goodbye to the Hill by Lee Dunne. Film and TV work includes; The Guards pilot series for TV3, The Holy Ghost of Saint Oliver in which he plays the all singing Oliver Plunkett, and Dr. Burke in Colin Scruffins' Prodigal Son, which has been described as a ‘futuristic western' Pádraig plays the semi-regular character Dr. Roche in RTÉ's Fair City.
